Pam enjoys sharing the joys of yoga with everyone including new practitioners as well as those working with limitations. She has experience with adults, senior citizens, and children.
Pam’s mindful vinyasa style draws from many influences including study with Kira Sloane, Sudha Lundeen, Baxter Bell, Barrett Reinhorn, Chandra Cantor, and Nicoline Valkenberg. She received her teacher training at Kripalu in 2010 and a prenatal yoga certification at Five Points Yoga in 2012.
